Build a Small Emblem Gallery Wall: Bugatti, Supra, Porsche and Lamborghini
Share
A gallery wall of emblem pieces is a simple way to make a garage or office look intentional without buying one very large piece. Our smaller emblem wall art pieces are priced between $24 and $35, so you can build a group for roughly the price of one big sign. Here is how to plan it.
The pieces
- Bugatti Emblem Wall Art ($24): bold red and black, easy to hang.
- Toyota Supra Emblem Wall Art ($26): black and red finish, easy to hang.
- Lamborghini Shield Wall Art ($30, or $35 with the optional desk stand): high-contrast yellow and black, about 9.5 to 10 inches tall and 8 to 8.5 inches wide.
- Porsche Crest Wall Art ($35): full-color crest sized for a shelf, desk or small wall.
Pick a layout
For four pieces, a two-by-two grid is the safest option. Keep the spacing even and let the outside edges line up. A single row also works over a workbench or desk. Use the Lamborghini and Porsche pieces as the larger visual weights and place the Bugatti and Supra pieces beside them.
Balance the colors
These pieces already share a lot of red, black and yellow. To keep the group calm, alternate warm and dark tones rather than putting the two yellow pieces next to each other. Our guide to choosing a color palette goes deeper on this.
Mark it out first
Cut paper templates, tape them on the wall, and step back to check the spacing before you drill or mount anything. Our beginner's guide to hanging wall decor straight and evenly has a step-by-step method.
Add one light source
If you want the group to read at night, add a single lit piece nearby, such as the Nissan GT-R LED Sign or a shelf-size light box. Keep the lit piece off to one side so it adds interest without taking over. For ideas on pairing signs and emblems, read about JDM garage ideas.
Shelf option
Some of these pieces can lean on a shelf. The Porsche crest is described as easy to hang or lean on a shelf, and the Lamborghini shield has an optional desk stand. That gives you flexibility if you rent or do not want extra holes in the wall.
