Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from Atlanta, GA. We do not dropship, and nothing is sent from an overseas warehouse, so your order does not spend weeks in transit from another country. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, and you get an email with tracking when it goes out.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for $8 standard, and express shipping is available at checkout.
Is there a discount for buying more?
Yes. Buy 2 items and 10% comes off automatically at checkout. Buy 3 or more and it's 15%. New email subscribers also get 10% off their first order.
How are the LED signs powered?
Most of our LED signs and light boxes plug in by USB, so they work with a wall adapter, power bank or computer. Larger neon pieces plug into the wall. Every product page lists the size and power source.
Do key holders come with the toy car?
No. The display shelf fits one Hot Wheels size die-cast car, which is sold separately. Keys are not included either.
How do I pay?
Checkout is encrypted and processed by Shopify. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Email Contact@DynastyDetails.com with your order number, plus a photo if anything arrived damaged, and we will reply with next steps.
